Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AutomateX website and macros (Anime Expeditions Macro, Anime Origins Macro, and RDP Manager, together the "Software"). By logging in, purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Software is
The Software automates gameplay actions in specific Roblox games via a Task Queue and related features. RDP Manager is a separate companion application for running multiple licensed instances on one machine. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
2. Licenses
- A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the corresponding macro, tied to your Discord account and activated on a limited number of devices as shown on your dashboard.
- You may not share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license key or account access to anyone else. You may macro for others, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
- We may deactivate a device instance, or suspend or terminate your license entirely, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. All sales are final. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will result in immediate license termination, and a permanent ban from all our products and services. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software
- Redistribute, resell, or share the Software or your license outside of your own use
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent the Software's licensing or activation system
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every game update.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of a game account, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
